Which destoner size matches my roaster?

YS-Q3 (3 kg/min) for 1–3 kg roasters, YS-Q12 for 6–12 kg, YS-Q15 for 6–15 kg, YS-Q30 for 20–30 kg and YS-Q120 for 40–120 kg. ESP smoke filter or afterburner — which do I need?

An ESP electrostatic filter removes over 95 % of smoke and fine dust and is enough for most 1–15 kg roasters in mixed neighbourhoods; you still duct the cleaned, warm air outdoors. An afterburner burns the exhaust at 200–1000 °C and also removes smell — required where regulations are strict or from 20 kg up. Many plants run both. Guides: afterburner · smoke filter.

Which ESP filter and afterburner fit which roaster?

ESP: JD-3K for 1–3 kg (with built-in display stand, USD 1,500), JD-Q4 for 3–6 kg (1,700), JD-Q6 for 6–15 kg (2,390), JD-Q8 for 60 kg (2,950), JD-Q10 for 120–300 kg (3,450). Afterburners: HB3 for 1–3 kg (4,300), HR12 for 6–15 kg (5,800), HB40 for 20–40 kg (7,300), HB60 for 40–60 kg (9,500). Sizing rules in ventilation requirements.

Can I add a vacuum loader to a roaster I already own?

Yes. TSL vacuum loaders lift green coffee up to 4.5 m at 100–200 kg/hour: TSL-100 (USD 1,199) for shop roasters, TSL-YS6 / YS12 / YS15 built to the hopper height of the YS series (2,285–2,950; weighing option available). Is there a discount when buying accessories with a roaster?

Yes — destoners, ESP filters, afterburners, loaders, grinders and stands ordered together with a roaster are priced 20 % below their standalone price, and they ship in the same consignment. Ask for a bundle quote with your roaster model.

Do you supply filling and sealing machines for retail bags?

Yes. Sensor filling machines cover 50 g to 5 kg bags (USD 169–529) and continuous band sealers with date coding run from USD 189 (YS-900W) to 289 (YS-770 Pro). Note the YS-770W is a band sealer, not a vacuum packer. They are usually ordered with a 6 kg roaster or larger when retail bags become the main product — see coffee packaging equipment.

Do accessories ship in the same crate as the roaster?

Accessories are packed in their own cartons or crates but shipped in the same consignment, so one customs entry. A YS loader packs to about 1.5 m³. The connecting duct between roaster and afterburner or filter is listed on the packing list so you can check it on arrival — see export packing.
