Perfect time control, batch after batch
Cooling is calibrated to 2 minutes for specialty coffee and 2.5 minutes for blends, with beans discharged in a precise 13-second window. The SD Pro PLC system records your golden curve and replays it automatically — temperature difference is held within ±0.1°C during temperature chasing.
