Customer References: Where Yoshan Roasters Are Working Today

A factory’s own description of its machines is worth less than one buyer’s account of what happened after the crate arrived. This page collects what we can show — real orders, real regions, the models that repeat — and explains how to speak to an existing customer in your part of the world before you decide.

The numbers first

These are our own store’s figures, and they are the reason we can offer to introduce you to an existing owner below.

Where our roasters go

Since 1990 our machines have shipped to roasteries, cafés and equipment distributors across the regions below. The enquiries and orders we handle every month come mainly from:

North American customers are served through our US site and are not listed here.

Three orders that show how we work

A roastery start-up in Oman — a complete line in one colour. The customer ordered a YS-6 in white, LPG configuration, with their logo, together with a filling machine and a sealing machine so the roastery could roast, pack and sell from day one. A café group in the Philippines — a repeat order. A first machine for one shop, then further machines as the group grew. Repeat orders are the reference we value most: nobody buys a second roaster from a factory whose first one disappointed them. An origin-country roastery in Kenya — roasting where the coffee grows. The models that repeat

Repeat orders in 2025 concentrated on a small group of models: the YS-3120 and YS-3226 series, the SD-103, the YS-3201 and the YS-3200F. Repeat orders are a better guide than launch announcements — they are the machines that customers came back for. Ask us which models are repeating in your region.

Speak to an existing customer

Before you decide, you can ask us to put you in touch with a Yoshan owner in your region or in a similar business. We do this with the customer’s permission and only for buyers who are seriously evaluating an order. Tell us:

• your country and city,
• the model or capacity you are considering,
• whether you would prefer to talk to a café, a roastery or a distributor.

We will tell you within a working day whether there is a suitable reference and arrange the introduction.

What customers ask us most — and where the answers are

From our enquiry records, the questions that come up most often before an order are price and quotation, shipping and lead time, choosing capacity, payment, seeing a video, warranty and parts, voltage, and customisation. Frequently asked questions

Can I visit a Yoshan roaster in operation near me?

Often, yes — several customers are willing to show their machine to prospective buyers. Ask us with your country and city; if there is a customer nearby who agrees, we introduce you.

Do you have customers in my country?

Tell us the country. We have shipped to many, but not all, and we would rather say “not yet” than claim a market we have not served.

Why do you not show a wall of customer logos?

Because we only show a customer’s name or logo with their written permission. A page of logos collected without asking is not a reference; it is decoration.

Can a distributor provide references from their own customers?

Yes. Where we have a distributor in your region, they can usually introduce you to local installations directly.

Are the reviews on your site independent?

Reviews and stories published here are from real customers. Where a review is independent of us, the page says so and links to the source.

Final thoughts

References are not something a factory can write for itself. What we can do is tell you where our machines are, show the orders we are allowed to show, and put you in touch with someone who has already done what you are about to do. Ask, and we will. Then choose your machine from the YS series or the full commercial range.
