How long is production and shipping?

Standard models ship in 15–25 days; YS-20/30/60 in 60–90 working days; 120 kg+ industrial lines in 3–6 months. Sea freight 18–35 days depending on destination; air freight available for small machines.

Can you match my local gas and voltage?

Yes — LPG or natural gas burners, electric versions on many models, and 110V / 220V / 380V configurations set at the factory for your country.

Can I customize color and logo?

Yes. Body colors are customizable across all series, and logo customization is free on DY models and most others.

Do you provide customs documentation?

Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and CE/SGS certificates with every order. We export to markets worldwide and can recommend brokers at major ports.
