Become a Yoshan Distributor or OEM Partner

Equipment distributors and coffee brands are the buyers who know the most about roasters and ask the hardest questions — about supply continuity, spare parts, training, and what happens to their reputation if a machine fails in a customer’s shop. This page is written for them. It sets out what a partnership with Yoshan looks like, what we provide, and what we ask in return.

Who this is for

  • Equipment distributors who already sell espresso machines, grinders or café equipment in their market and want a roaster line they can stand behind.
  • Coffee brands and roasteries that want to sell roasters under their own name — see OEM branding.
  • Project integrators who build roastery lines and need a manufacturer for the roaster, destoner, loader, smoke treatment and packaging equipment from one source.

What we supply

Factory-direct machines, 100 g to 300 kg. The full SD, YS, DY and EC ranges plus destoners, ESP smoke filters, afterburners, loaders, sealing and filling machines — all from one plant in Shenzhen, all built as described on How We Build.

OEM under your brand. Laser-etched nameplates, silk-screen logos, neutral packaging, your-brand manuals. No minimum quantity to start. We already build custom loading feeders for roasters made by Giesen and Probat, which tells you how comfortable we are working to another brand’s specification.

Technical training. Remote training on installation, commissioning, operation and first-line maintenance for your technicians, so you can support your customers locally. On-site training at our plant for partners who visit.

Spare parts and support. One Year Limited Warranty on every machine you sell — parts failing without human damage replaced and sent by air express at our cost — 24/7 lifetime technical support with a CEO hotline; extended warranty available to offer your customers; spare parts by air express or in your next container; major components are standard industrial brands (Siemens, Weishaupt, OMRON) that you can also stock or source locally. See warranty and spare parts.

Documentation. CE and RoHS certificates, the EU Declaration of Conformity, the FDA food-contact report and the technical documents your market requires — see certifications. Spec sheets, photographs and product copy you can use in your own materials.

Demonstration machines. Partners can order demonstration units for their showroom; ask about terms.

Published prices and lead times. Machine prices are public on our product pages (USD, EXW Shenzhen); partner pricing is agreed per market. In-stock accessories ship in 7–15 working days; roaster production times are stated per order.

What we ask of a partner

  • A real presence in the market — an address, technicians, customers you can name.
  • A commitment to support machines locally: first-line service, installation supervision, a small stock of wear parts.
  • Honest representation of the machines: no claims we cannot back, and prices and terms set for your market with us, not against us.

Territory arrangements, order volumes and commercial terms are agreed per market. We do not publish a one-size-fits-all schedule because a distributor in Riyadh and one in Manila are not in the same business. Tell us your market and your plan and we will put a proposal in writing.

Why distributors choose a factory over a brand

A distributor who buys from a European brand is buying that brand’s marketing, and paying for it. A distributor who buys from a factory is buying the machine and the margin. The risk in the second option is the factory: whether it is real, whether the quality holds, whether it will still be there in five years. We have tried to make that risk visible instead of asking you to trust us — every step of production is on this site, every machine is filmed running before it ships, and we have been at the same work since 1990.

How to start

  1. Tell us about your business — market, current product lines, customer types, technical capacity.
  2. We send a partner pack — the full range with spec sheets, documentation, and a proposal for your market.
  3. Order a first machine or a demonstration unit. Inspect it by live video before it ships; receive it; sell it or show it.
  4. Train your technicians remotely or at our plant.
  5. Build the territory with our support on documentation, marketing assets and customer references.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a minimum first order?

No fixed minimum for a first machine or demonstration unit. Volume commitments for territory arrangements are agreed per market.

Can I sell under my own brand and also carry Yoshan-branded machines?

Yes. Some partners run both — Yoshan branding for the commercial range and their own brand for a specific model or market segment.

Do you sell direct into a market where you have a distributor?

Where a distributor agreement covers a territory, enquiries from that territory are referred to the distributor. The terms are set in the agreement.

Can you supply a complete roastery line, not just the roaster?

Yes — roaster, loader, destoner, ESP filter or afterburner, cooling, and packaging equipment from one source. See roastery equipment.

How do warranty claims work through a distributor?

The distributor provides first-line diagnosis; we support with parts, remote guidance and escalation. Parts under warranty are supplied free of charge to the distributor for the end customer.

Final thoughts

The best distributor relationships we have are with partners who came to inspect, asked every question on the Why Yoshan page, and then ordered one machine. Start the same way. If you are weighing OEM against ODM, our factory guide for equipment brands sets out the difference.

Tell us your market, your current product lines and the capacity range you want to sell — we will send a partner pack and a proposal — most enquiries are answered within the hour, and 97% within 24 hours. Start a partner enquiry · WhatsApp: +86 184 0771 4607
