Cast iron, done properly

Cast-iron drums and bodies hold heat longer and deliver the conductive energy that builds body and sweetness. SD production models add double-layer drums and Weishaupt burners — the same brand trusted by Probat — running full hot-air.

  • Semi hot-air + half direct-fire on classic models
  • Full hot-air Weishaupt burner on SD-20 Pro and above
  • Four independent Japanese ADDKA motors (YS series)
  • OMRON pneumatic servo on industrial lines

Time control that locks flavor

Cooling is calibrated to 2 minutes for specialty and 2.5 minutes for blends, with a 13-second discharge window. Large independent stirring plates enable genuine 24-hour continuous roasting.

Industrial dust and exhaust removal systems are designed by a 30-year experienced installation team, customized to your factory layout.
