Return & Warranty Policy

1. Warranty

All Yoshan coffee roasters and equipment come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery.

During the warranty period, Yoshan will repair or replace defective parts free of charge. Replacement parts will be shipped to the buyer; labor costs at the destination are the responsibility of the buyer.

2. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow operating instructions
  • Normal wear and tear (burrs, seals, heating elements)
  • Damage caused by incorrect voltage supply
  • Modifications made by unauthorized personnel
  • Cosmetic damage not affecting function

3. Returns

Due to the nature of commercial equipment (custom manufacturing, international freight), we do not accept returns for non-defective products.

If a product arrives with a confirmed manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and a written description. We will work with you to resolve the issue through repair, replacement parts, or a replacement unit.

5. Extended Warranty (Optional)

Extended warranty options are available at time of purchase:

  • DY Series: +1 year for USD 299 / +2 years for USD 799
  • SD / YS Series: +1 year for USD 699
